Who We Are - Our Story & Mission
Rose Haven at Mountain Top was born from a personal journey. One of our partners watched his father go through a lung-transplant recovery and was advised to find a personal care home. After touring many facilities, everything felt cold, corporate and impersonal – not the kind of place he would ever choose for his own father. So he made a decision that changed all of our lives:
If I can’t find a place where I’d feel comfortable putting my own father… then I’m going to build one.
That commitment became the heart of our team and the foundation of everything we do.
Our mission is simple: Would I feel comfortable trusting my own parent here?
If the answer isn’t a full yes, we fix it immediately.
What Makes Us Different?
Unlike traditional facilities where departments work separately, we operate like a real family. Every single department – caregivers, housekeeping, maintenance, activities, dietary and management is actively involved with residents. Everyone know their names, their stories, their preferences and their families. We are located on 10 acres of wooded property with beautiful views of trees and natural wildlife. The focal point of the facility is the center courtyard, where walkways wind their way through landscaped gardens amid benches, a waterfall and goldfish pond. Every resident room has a scenic view.

Rose Haven is a licensed personal care facility. We have an excellent staff and dedicated professionals. Our Personal Care has a geriatric nurse practitioner on site. We take pride in the fact that many of our employees have been with us for years. We feel that continuity creates a happier environment for our staff and enhances the standard of care and enriches the family feeling for our residents.
We can meet your health, social and daily needs through our staff and resources, yet we view every resident as an individual. Each resident has unique needs, interests and desires.
