Rose Haven at Mountain Top knows that as we age, we may face more ailments that need monitored more frequently. We serve residents who require assistance with routine tasks but do not require full-time medical care.
We offer many options for our residents including both long term, short term, or respite stays. A fall at home may require surgery and rehabilitation in a skilled facility. Before you return home you may stay with us for additional therapies which are covered by your health insurance.
Other Reasons to Stay With us Include:
- For those who have mobility issues and use a walker, rollator, wheelchair, cane or motorized scooter
- Living at home and want a more active lifestyle but no longer able to drive
- Who are recovering from a fracture, fall etc.. and have completed rehabilitation but are not ready to return home
- Live alone or feel isolated and want to cultivate new friendships within their peer group
- Who are currently in good health but may need more help soon
